0% Emails Sent

I have the system all set up, it says 100% Sent, but when I look at the stats it shows 0% on everything, and I have not received any emails.

Do you have confirmed subscribers in your email list?

Yes, they are all confirmed. I have sent emails out to these lists in the past and everything worked fine.
I have created 3 different campaigns and sent to two lists and all 3 have the same outcome.
