500 Error

I was trying to import blacklist , around 20,000 records.
It is 500 error when importing the list. Is it has something to do with PHP setting?
My VPS only have 512MB RAM, is it enough?

Have you tried from command line or background cron (and in small batches, say 1k or even 100)?
(Cause I can confirm it generally works very well even for very large lists, so this could really be a settings/limits issue.)

I tried 1000 per batches , it's okay.
