9 Unsubscribes but nothing in the Unsub Report

I sent out a campaign and noticed 9 clicked the Unsub link however they dont appear in the Unsubscribe report. All gmail addresses - any ideas?

Do you mean [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] or [DIRECT_UNSUBSCRIBE_URL]?
In first option after click link recipient must make an additional action to confirm unsubscribe (just click the link will not unsubscribe).
In second option clicking on the link will automatically unsubscribe.

Oh cool thanks - I didnt realise the difference. Yeah it was the [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] link. Makes sense now. Cheers!

I have this issue too, I am using https://www.123xyz.com/mail-wizz/index.php/lists/xn620q67ew564/unsubscribe
It seems to work fine, emails and info arrives everywhere except on on the Report

That might show cache data, make sure you look at the details from inside the campaign. (click on the number of unsubs).
Also note that unsubs are counted when using the [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] tag or [UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK].
The process itself works just fine, we tested it, so double check what you are doing.
