Hello
I want to add custom html form to my html email template .
when I add text box or forms and save template these field remove from template
how can I add custom html form ?

These are removed because they are not allowed in the email templates as well.

no you cannot, for the same reason.

in other scripts such as Interspire Email Marketer I can add html form , how can I change setting in mailwizz that the for html form

You're on your own with this, you'll have to edit the entire htmlpurifier and ckeditor configuration to allow this.

Look in the source of a page that contains the editor, you'll see there the path to ckeditor.js, that's the folder that akso contains the config.js
