Adding new subscribers list without creating another campaign. How?

I don't know if this procedure can be done but frequently I get emails from my suppliers as txt format.
And I currently have a running campaign. Could someone tell me how to add the txt file to the currently running campaign without disturbing it? So far as I know when I access the running campaign I have to select a list and if I do so I feel as if the running list will be replace by my new one.
Anyone?

Do you mean you want to add an attachment to the campaign or you want to add new subscribers to the list the campaign is sending to?

keep in mind that things might break if you change a campaign that is already running, so you better not.

What I meant was added new subscribers on a already running campaign. Like a autoresponder where I add subscribers manually and once subscribers in the campaign it will send autoresponders. Can this work? How?
