Any way to set campaigns to send *between* times?

We can already set campaigns to send at or after a certain time, but is there any way to have a cut-off time to stop sending?

For instance, if I upload a list of emails at say, 4PM and the campaign is set up to send at or after 7AM, then the campaign would trigger for those freshly uploaded emails. I'd like to be able to upload and have the option to have emails go out between 7AM and noon.

Make sense?

Right now the only way to do this is to schedule your cron job to run at those hours.
However, we do have in plans adding this particular feature, but not a priority right now.
