Auto send e-mail on other e-mail open/click

Basic function Interspire got... how can we do this?

To send any chosen campaign to a subscriber when any chosen campaign is opened or link clicked by the subscriber ?
As an event?

@allnblue - for now we have the functionality so that when a subscriber opens or clicks a campaign, he can be copied to a list used only for this purpose and this list can have an autoresponder waiting for sending after the subscriber has been added to the list.
Anyway, your idea is good and we can implement it in future (add it in feature request forum)
