Automatic Campaign Sending

is it possible to send specific Campaign to newly added subscribers to "existing" list? Which one is not setting up the while list creation?

I'm trying to edit existing list properties, but this section's has no choice.
 
Create a campaign, select the right list, and in the campaign type field, select autoresponder instead of regular, then in the confirmation step you'll see more specific options ;)
