Autoresponder email stuck on sending 33% (include imported subscribers)

Hello folks,
Please help me to understand why my automation process does not work sometimes.

I have an automation process with the following logic, for example,
a) 1st day 10K email (template1). (include current subscribers & include imported subscribers)
b) after 5 min sending follow up email (template2)
c) for openers, after 10 min I am sending template 3 and so on

Issues which I am facing some time (sometimes it is work correct)
1. after importing new subscribers on step "a" the process does not continue sending for new subscribers
2. "a" step work correct but "b" and "c" not continue sending.

For both it can take a bit until the database is fully updated and consistent.
Also, unfinished/overlapping crons can cause camps in waiting to stay unexecuted.
