Available tags not parsed

Hi the Available tags (like the [COMPANY_FULL_ADDRESS] and [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] ) are not parsed.
I have tried in campaign as well.

What could be wrong ?`

Please make sure you have at least one active subscriber to receive that campaign, the tags will be parsed. also check in the email editor source to make sure your tags don't contain garbage html.
