Hi There.

I see that the blacklist in the app contains some "sof bounces", like temp spam blocks. I would prefer that only complains, abuse and genuine hard bounces gets added to the blacklist in the app.

Is there a way to change the rules?

it is in the rules file where you can adjust this
\apps\common\vendors\BounceHandler\rules.php
