Best Way to Implement a Master Unsubscribe List

Is there a place where I can add email addresses where if I try to import that email again in the future, I will get an error message saying 'This email can't be added because it's in the master unsubscribe list'?

@Matt Sayle - There's no such place... what you describe now is the global email blacklist, once you add an email there, future imports won't include that address.

I looked on http://domain.com/backend/email-blacklist/index, but I didn't find the unsubscribed emails. In where can I find them like when an email is set in blacklist by the system?
