blacklist customer ip

When my customer try login with wrong username and password, after 3 or 4 times , his ip got blacklisted and cannot login again, How i can control this feature and open his ip manually?

That's the Broute Force Blocker in action
See backend/index.php/misc/guest-fail-attempts

That customer can't login with his ip but can see login page and his ip not "guest fail attempts" list.
(Broute Force Blocker seems nice but sometime make difficulties for real customers)

If the customer is not in the list and he is still blocked, then something else causes this and most likely not related to mailwizz.
