We are on version 1.4.9.
We were of the impression that Subscribers would be marked Blacklisted automatically by the system if there was a hard bounce. Before 1.4.9 that seems to be the case. But lately it appears that is not happening.
So Jyll in our office downloaded records from the Bounce Log and tried Importing all the Hard Bounce email addresses into the Blacklist. There were 700 of them. She reports that the Import crashed at 100 emails and she had to run it 7 times to finish. We do not see this happen when we import new subscribers. How can we fix that?
Also here is the setting for Max Hard bounce at 1. Does this then mark the subscriber as Blacklisted?
