blacklist monitor syntax

in the blacklist monitor .... are the 'reasons' case speficic?

So would I need 'blacklist' AND 'Blacklist' or does it not matter?

It's case insensitive, like all mailwizz database.
The reason is what you usually find in a rejected message, for example, if you have:

smtp;550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [xx.xx.xx.xx] blocked using Trend Micro RBL+. Please see http://www.mail-abuse.com/cgi-bin/lookup?ip_address=xx.xx.xx.xx; Mail from xx.xx.xx.xx blocked using Trend Micro Email Reputation database. Please

You could put "Trend Micro RBL" in the reason.
