Blank bounce message - regex help

Hi all,
i've a strange issue with a blank message from bounce .
There is a regex for a custom rule to avoid this behavior ?

Actually all blank message are marked a soft bounce, I would like to set as internal .

Empty messages means we cannot extract the actual reason of the bounce, so there's nothing much you can do, you can download the message, examine it and see the actual reason, then include that reason in the bounce rules.
Regadless, not having a message is totally normal.
