Hi,
I came across an issue that is bugging me quite a bit. I am getting my campaigns blocked (due to higher bounce rate) even though I have maximum bounce rate set to 100 or -1 (Backend -> Settings -> Cron). For example when a campaign has a 3 % bounce rate it gets blocked and I have to unblock it manually it is really annoying because the issue persists on the clean mailling lists as well because it calculates the bounce rate from every batch sent - it means the first batch is only 2000 e-mails so it takes only around 70 emails bounced back to block the campaign.
Have some of you encountered the same problem? Why is there a functionality to set a maximum allowed bounce rate when it clearly does not work?
Thanks in advance
