Blocking a campaign based on bounce rate

I've updated MW to 1.3.5.9 today. I see the below nice feature in the CHANGELOG for this version (thanks for that :)).

[ADD] - Added ability to block a campaign if the bounce rate is over what the admin defines

Though, I couldn't find where I can set this limit ? Anyone can help ?
