Bounce doesn't work in new version of mailwizz

hi,
bounces aren't processed in new version
i read this article (https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/seems-that-bounces-aren't-processed-what-can-i-do.19/) every things is good in my server, and bounce servers are active but aren't processed

please assist me

Check the application logs to see if that tells you anything. Then check your cron log to see if the bounce cron job is running correctly.

i checked campaigns bounce logs and there is no log !
also my cron jobs are running

Can you post your exact cron job please.

I assume you have checked the bounce mailbox and you know it has bounces in it?
