Bounce: poor reputation on Cloudmark Sender Intelligence (CSI)?

I just set up Mailwhizz about. I'm now sending about 10k emails per day, increasing 500 per day.

My bounces are increasing every time I do a broadcast. My latest is almost 6% (internal/soft).

What I can't understand, is that there are a lot of bounce messages that says this:

smtp;554 p3plibsmtp01-03.prod.phx3.secureserver.net bizsmtp IB103. Connection refused. [MY IP ADDRESS HERE] has a poor reputation on Cloudmark Sender Intelligence (CSI). Please visit http://csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request/?ip=[MY IP ADDRESS HERE] to request a delisting.

How did I get on a RBL list? how do I get off? Anyone else having this problem?
 
When importing a new list, mailwizz is checking it against cloudmark. However, it's referencing an old IP address that I no longer use. I even checked my delivery servers, and I don't have a server listed with that IP any more. Is it possible, that the IP is cached somewhere in mailwizz?
