Bounce processing stopped after updating to (1.9.18 )

Bounce processing stopped on all my servers after updating MailwWizz

  • Checked email headers, the Campaign-Uid: & Subscriber-Uid: is there.
  • Tried again by disabling PCNTL, it didn't help
  • IMAP is enabled.
  • Disabled cron and ran /usr/bin/php -q /usr/share/nginx/html/apps/console/console.php bounce-handler --verbose=1 manually,still nothing happened.
  • Backend->campaigns bounce logs -> latest report is from the day before I updated MW
  • I've updated to newer versions, the issue persists (current version 1.9.23)

Any input is highly appreciated

Do you have email messages in the email box you're using for bounce processing?
 
Okay, please open a ticket and include the source of a few of those messages so we can see if they have the right headers for MailWizz to catch and process them.
