Bounces do not work since I changed my server

I hope you can help me with this, I changed server a few weeks ago and now the rebounds are not being processed, I wanted to know if someone happened to him.

there was issue with bounce servers, update to latest version 1.5.0 and this issue will be solved.
or goto Emergency actions and click the button on Change the status of stuck bounce servers from cron-running to active!
if you have lot of bounces then you need to watch your bounce servers and when status again stuck cron-running, then do above again.

Thanks for the prompt response. I am using the sparkpost and elasticemail API.
I think it does not have much to do or does it?

You never mention this before, then check sparkpost and elasticemail and see if you can process bounces form there properly.
