Bounces problem

Good afternoon
When I use Amazon SES correctly processes rebounds but if I use a smtp not processed.
I have configured the server bounce and included it in the configuration smpt
What could be the problem?

Have you tested your bounce email individually to be working?
Are bounces actually in that mailbox?
Do you have any related error messages from the server or the app?
Are all necessary crons in place and working?
 
The rebound email account works well
There is no error message
The crons work properly.
When the delivery is made to an account that does not exist does not reach the rebound

Please post some (redacted sample) results (or screen shots or descriptions, afap) for each question,
something is missing, otherwise you would have found the cause for the error.
