I started learning bulk email marketing today I understand how hard it is to send bulk emails if we don't have clean list. I have raw data I am trying to filter them by sending them an email but most isps blocked my domain. I have tried some email validity checker also paid some USD which is not useful. Share your ideas and thoughts to make clean email list.

What you guys do to clean raw email data? Share your ideas.

Where are you located? And where are your subscribers located?
 
The email data is scraped data. I am not sure which country users they are. I am learning how to clean raw data.

With scraped data you will run into many problems, as most countries do not allow that. Even if all mailboxes were receiving and you had no bounces, it is going to yield many complaints, blacklisting, and potential legal action.
The right way to build your list is to use "double optin" (common name for "confirmed optin" or "closed loop optin").
