Bulk SMTP Uploading

I'm having issues uploading bulk smtp servers into my account is anyone able to tell me the reason that maybe my formatting for them.

This was the excel outline I used - Adding them one at a time is no issue

customer_id type name hostname username password port protocol timeout from_email from_name reply_to_email probability hourly_quota daily_quota monthly_quota pause_after_send confirmation_key locked use_for signing_enabled force_from force_reply_to force_sender must_confirm_delivery max_connection_messages status

What error message you get when try to upload your file? Can you try to add one delivery server manually then export this using export button, use exported file as template to upload multiple delivery servers.
