Campaign - pending - sending

I setup campaign and it says it will start sending at 10/22/18, 12:57 PM and on my computer the time is 10.56 pm
Which time does it use? Where the server is?
Why this has to be complicated?

Make sure you set a proper account timezone.

My Account -> Profile (Customer login)

I cant find the profile tab.....I logged into user account, not backend.....
where is it exactly....
my campaign has been pending now for 14 hours......something must be wrong

ok found it, I had to click on my user name....
But still it does not send...here are my cron settings....am I missing something

i did check that already three times.....

i called my host Bluehost and they told me cron jobs are added correctly....and they should work.....

@renko - Pending sending, simply means that your cron jobs don't run, take a look in backend > misc > cron jobs history, to see if new records are added in the history, this way you will know the cron jobs run.

just to be clear when I try to add cron jobs...i get this info under cron list in mailwizz


0 0 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home2/bad/public_html/mail/apps/console/console.php daily >/dev/null 2>&1

FIrst I added just /home2/bad/public_html/mail/apps/console/console.php daily >/dev/null 2>&1 in my cpanel under cron

But I needed to add /usr/bin/php -q /home2/bad/public_html/mail/apps/console/console.php daily >/dev/null 2>&1 ??

What that wrong?

ok now it seems to be doing something under cron history....
