I have been using the mail wizz with no problem, but since a month ago, I dont know why all campaigns reportings shows balances that makes no sense. Example: If I there were 30 emails bounced, it shows 10 hard and 25 soft. Where is the other 5? I dont know what is the problem. Any tip how to find out what is going on?
