Campaign Stats Confusion

I am pretty confused with the campaign stats.

As per the attachment URL,

Total Unique opens 33
Total Unsubscribe count is 319

If users has not opened this email to unsubscribe, then how come it is not counted in unique opens. As I could see total unsubscribe count with unique email is 319.

So, some mismatch in the stats, don't you all think?

Might happen if the email client does not display images and the subscriber directly clicks the unsub link.
