Yup, look into Autoresponders.

i have look the auto responder but there is only one condition of whether we can set days or minute or week. i required to set 2 days and 2 hours both, how can i set this.

I see, thing is that you can't set that granularity, that would be too much.
You should be able to use the 2 days from AR just fine. If you need more granularity, you'll have to implement it.
