can i integrate maillwizz without purchasing a Cpannel ?

Hi i am looking forward to purchasing the hosting server via name cheap and if I did not opt for a c pannel would it be possible for us to integrate mailwizz to the server manually.

if so please advise how?

Sure you can, but if you have never did it, it will be very tricky and not something you can quickly learn in a tutorial.
We use Webmin + Virtualmin a lot on our servers that need some type of web administration interface, so maybe look into that as well.
Otherwise, you can check out youtube for videos related to "LAMP setup".
