Can i setup a autoresponder for replies?

So lets say I sent a newsletter and now everytime someone replies to that newsletter I want a default reply to be sent back. Is it possible?

I don't use any webpanel... and the webmail software I have is squirrelmail... so I will be needing to set it up there right?

Check what your underlying MTA is, and that should allow you to setup default AR from cli.
