When we configure a list, we can specify the default from name and email, but can we specify the default Campaign Delivery Server? It would be good if we can set up a list specifically for domain abc.com and always use the delivery server for abc.com ... then on a separate list for domain xyz.com always use the delivery server for xyz.com ...

Is there a setting where by default the Campaign Delivery Servers section is shown rather than hidden by default?
