Can't add delivery server?

Why am I not getting the option to add a delivery server? My MailWizz application doesn't seem to give me as many options on the dashboard as I've seen in videos of people explaining how to add a delivery server. On my dashboard the only options I have are: Lists, Campaigns, Email Templates, API Keys, and Surveys. (I will attach a screenshot.) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Alex504 - To add delivery server you need to login as backend user, as seen in your screen shot you are logged as customer. The backend is used for administrative tasks and here only the system users have access, the customer app is used to create manage emails lists, subscribers and campaigns.
