Can't recieve SMTP server configuration email

I am trying to validate my SMTP server but i cannot see any message from mailwizz.

After i type in the details and clicking on "vaildate server" it tells me to check my inbox but didn't recieve any message yet..

any suggestions?
 
the letter was not delivered, either refused to be received by the mailer, or in your queue. For frequent failure occurs due to incorrect server configuration, or the name servers have not yet been updated. Such a problem is more relevant to public postal services, and your corporate server should take on its address and most likely will receive a mail tester - for one and see errors. This configuration error is not in mailwizz
