Change subscriber custom field value upon campaign open no longer works

Hi,

We started noticing this early this year. I was hoping updates would fix it but it never had been the case.
Our purpose for this is to track the last open date of our subscribers so we can use it in our segments.

Any ideas?

I just tested and this it's working correctly.
Can you tell us which version are you using?

Version 2.2.1.
I even checked against the MySQL database. I validated that there were no new updated or new record creation for the campaign action.
