Changed theme

I installed a new theme (blue-advanced.zip) in the Mailwizz but nothing has changed

please help me

That theme is just a starting point for developers to start creating their own implementations.

Where we can theme file ?

Will have a complete new theme for frontend, a landing page theme, for download this week most likely, so stay tuned.
