CKE/WYSIWYG changing HTML code

So I can put in my HTML code and send a test just fine, but as soon as a save anything, the HTML code is changed and the test after that do not work any more. Is there anyway to get the HTML to not be changed when it is saved?

I have turned off tidy and still the same thing still happens every time I save the template.

I really need help with this.
 
After a ton of testing it looks like in the HTML code there is ‑ for a non-breaking Hyphen it turns it into a ? inside of the editor when it is saved. It seems to be the main problem at least for my first HTML code.

Still looking so extra info would be helpful
