Click tracking on dynamic tags

1) i have field [LINK] = "http://google.com?q=test@test.com" OR "http://bing.com?q=test@test.com"
How to make Click Tracking working in this way ?
2) If i have = "test@test.com" and template like this:
http://google.com?q=[EMAIL]
Click tracking is working
3) how to difine individual link for every user in field - [LINK] and use it with parameter [EMAIL] so click tracking will work?
http://[DOMAIN]?q=[EMAIL]

Hi,

If your link is embed inside a tag we cannot track it, your best bet is to create the tracking link on page like http://www.google.com/?q=.
