Does using Cloudflare impact deliverability?

I use it and wondering if it might be the reason my emails go to spam.

Anybody have any experience in this?

Cloudflare should not have a negative impact on deliverability.
If you take a fresh DS with fresh domain and fresh IP (ie all not related to the current setup's rep), does that go into spam from the outset? If so, it might be a setup problem somewhere.
If you do not use consistent DOI, there is constant attack surface.

1) I want to do some cold outreach. Limited quantities but not DOI!
2) Was wondering if CF can impact the PTR record. (i.e. reverse lookup issues)

Trying on a new domain now. Actually it's been sitting idle in my registrar for 5 months.

Should not, as mx and mail usually are not on CF, but direct.

Good traffic will help, but no traffic will not help/harm.
