Cloudways Elastic Maill API - NO BOUNCES

I am not receiving my bounces via the email I have setup and the API I have from Cloudways they have partnered with elastic - I am not receiving the bounces back into the program.

Here is an image - It is mailing and getting into all the major mailboxes - unsubs etc. but 0% bounces.

Did you check your EE account for the webhooks urls, do they look okay? can you access those webhook urls in the browser?

i had the eleastic email smtp bouce server setup - and when i disabled it - the bounces came back via the API-

now my issue is getting the bounce emails from amazon - they have some sort of a list online but that would mean downloading somehow and importing - the access i have for was is smtp -

Why do you need the bounces, what do you wish to do with them?
