Connection could not be established

I have installed postfix, dovecot on my server. Now I am creating SMTP server and when validating server after adding the details I am getting the error:

  • Connection could not be established with host 172.104.171.192 [ #0]
    Log data:
    ++ Starting Swift_SmtpTransport
    !! Connection could not be established with host 172.104.171.192 [ #0] (code: 0)
I have also used subdomains in hostname, but still getting same error. Am I missing something?
 
Now I am getting this error when I switched my port from 587 to 25:

++ Swift_SmtpTransport started

Please guide what could be the reason?

@gnine - google the error, it's not related to mailwizz but to your smtp server settings.

If you could post your delivery server settings screen shot(s), this might help.
