Crashes on Split

When I split my list, it begins the split and then crashes, returning a "not found". I'm running PHP 7.1, but it's done this on 7.0 as well. List size is 1.5 million records.
 
@Tim Ventura - that feature really could use improvements... What limit have you selected to do the split at ? How many sublists ?
Where exactly does it crash, after splitting how much ?
 
I've tried splitting at 500 & 1,000 records, it seems to die on both. I have been trying to split into between 7 & 10 sublists (it's a 1.5 million record starting list), it dies between 30,000 & 60,000 records, almost randomly.....
