Create list segment by "Date added" - How?

Hello,
I was trying to create a list Segment by the "Date added" column and was surprised to see that I can only create Segments by "email" and custom fields.

Can someone please help me make a segment by date added? I'd like to avoid creating a new list because I don't want to have to manage unsubs across multiple lists.

Unfortunately there's no way to do this unless you have a DATE_ADDED custom field of type DATETIME or DATE.

How can I export my current list as a CSV? If I do that I guess I could filter it by date added in Excel, upload only the recent sign-ups as a new list, send me email, and then merge the new list back into the original and update unsubscribes.
