Create new bounce server - Unknown error while opening the connection!

Hi There,

I am facing an issue in adding a new bounce server. In trying to resolve this, I have seen various posts from people facing similar errors but I have not been able to figure it out.

When adding a new bounce server, I use the following settings and get the error as shown:



I can confirm I can use the same settings in MS Outlook email client and can send and recieve emails, but when using the same settings to add a new bounce server, I get the error "Unknown error while opening the connection!"

How can I resolve this?
