Create Segment or copy/move of openers

I have tried to find information on this for the past hour on here, nothing seems to be available. Tried to go through the platform, still haven't been able to find anything. What the issues is, I want to segment or move to another list subscribers that open a campaign. There is no way that I can see to do this right now, am I right ?

#1 COPY/MOVE from campaign - this was suggested in a thread - I am unable to find anything that would remotely look like this.
 
Hello Mike,

Go to your Campaign - In Campaign setup - you will see Show more option button - click on that - it will show you more options where you can set Move Open/Click subscribers into a new List.
