@Mils - Did you add the cron jobs ? Can you look in Backend > Misc > Cron Jobs History to see if they ever ran ?
If not, add them, you can see the list of cron jobs in Backend > Misc > Cron Jobs List.
I believe vultr.com blocks port 25 and no emails goes out because of this.
can you also look in backend > misc > campaign delivery logs ? Does it says all emails were sent successfully ?
