The particular list I was trying has 2600 subs...total the server has 10K subs...also the delivery server is sendgrid
I had someone with technical background help me out...it has now been sorted
He said there was some runtime permission issue...I am non technical so no idea
maybe if we can create a repository of common issues and solutions ...90% will be sorted I guess

Staff memberMaybe what he meant is that the runtime folder was not writable and mailwizz could not write the export in it?
