Custom Facebook 'Open graph' tags for subscribe pages

Data capture is obviously at the heart of database growth and I'd like to advise my clients to push their subscribe pages on as many channels as possible - incl. social.
Is there a way of adding custom/dynamic Facebook open graph tags (especially description and image) to the subscribe pages?
 
@nadworks - what description and image you mean?
Right now it is doable but only via an extension and custom coding. if i know what you are after, i might add it into the app.
