Customer sending email over the quota

How is it possible to send more than mentioned quota from a customer? Is this a bug?

Am I doing something wrong with the settings?
 
Sometimes this can happen, so you should expect a few emails over the assigned quota. This is by design.
 
By number only and it's impossible to say the right number but it should always be acceptable.
It always depends on the number of subscribers at once you set from your backend.
 
All I wanted to know is if I create a group with 100,000 email per customer, and if he sends more than 10% of his quota, then total count would come up to 110,000. So I would plan accordingly or create group in such a way. Hope you understand my concern.
