customers can use over plan quota !!!

I have a big problem in mailwizz , my customers can send email over their plan quota
please help me to solve problem

Where have you set the quotas? At Group level or just in Backend > Settings > Customers. Settings at Group level override the basic settings.

my setting in Backend > Settings > Customers. Settings is :

What are your values for Group settings (which override the settings you showed above)? The other idea that comes to mind: did you assign the customer in question to a group? If not, your backend settings will apply, and -1 indicates "unlimited."

All customers are in the specific group but limitation dose not work for them

I solve the problem , I change time value from unlimited to 1 year and the problem has been solved .
